We are seeking an organized and proactive Part-Time Receptionist to join their team and provide essential support.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support - register contracts in the system (printing, sorting, scanning into SAP, verifying, and adjusting data).
- Financial Coordination - collaborate with the accounting department to ensure invoice accuracy and handle email correspondence with suppliers regarding adjustments.
- Client Reception - welcome clients to meeting spaces and prepare refreshments.
- Backup Support - cover for colleagues during absences (e.g., vacations) and manage urgent tasks such as booking flights, hotels, and cars, managing mail records, and restocking office supplies.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus, but training can be provided.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
